GEO₂

GEO₂ (Boston, USA) is a research firm that has purchased a high temperature kiln in 2004. Thus they can fire up to 1550 0C with natural gas as fuel. Inter alia other new products of SiC are tested and further developed. They have chosen a bell kiln, because (un)loading is easier in this. It also sees to a perfect sealing of the kiln on the bottom.
